He is presently the founder of Success Enablers an organization that provides learning and training solutions. In the last 18 years, his expertise in Learning and Development is backed by his strong exposure to other strategic facets of HR like Compensation and Benefits, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Succession Planning and Organization Design. His passion lies in designing and facilitating behavioural interventions.
